If a shipping label has not been provided, promptly email us with the order number and name to cancel your order. Otherwise, orders cannot be modified or canceled after order has been processed.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
During the checkout process, our system validates the provided information to detect potential fraudulent activity. This may occur if the information is incorrect or does not match the card details.
If your recent order was canceled, we will provide information regarding the issue. However, you are welcome to reach out to us here for further assistance.
How Long Do Custom Orders Take?
If you placed a custom order requiring our assistance, please expect a longer delivery timeline as we may need to source certain out-of-stock items. We will keep you informed about the order process and provide a shipping label.
What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We use USPS or UPS for all shipments which begins at $5 and usually takes 2-5 business days

Holiday Return Policy
Gift items purchased online from November 12th each year are eligible for return until January 6th of the following year, or within 30 days of the shipping date, whichever is later. Refunds for online purchases returned by mail will be credited to the original payment method. Purchases made with PayPal and Apple Pay are only eligible for exchange or store credit. All returns and exchanges are subject to Peritik's Refund & Return Policy.
How Quickly Will I Receive My Refund?
Allow 7-14 business days from receipt of your returned product for validation, plus 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
